About Us

Chisdaddy Golf Company is owned and operated by Jacob Chisler, with ten years of experience in golf club building. Jacob is currently a PGA Associate working to obtain class A membership with the PGA of America. He serves his local golf community at The Revival Golf Club at the Crescent in Salisbury, NC as the Director of Instruction. Jacob has a huge passion for golf club repairs and customizations that goes back over a decade. The drive to become a master golf club smith stemmed from his late grandfather who worked as a welder at a local welding shop combined with his father who built dry kilns. From this, the passion for building and crafting was born!

Jacob runs Chisdaddy Golf with his wife, Heather, who works as a pharmacist during the week. When the work shop is closed, they like to enjoy their time together traveling the the country sight seeing and being at home with their five cats! A fun fact about Jacob would be that he loves working on his classic 1931 Ford Model A just so he can drive it and show it off regularly, and his 1972 Plymouth Duster to build a drag race ready car!

From an operational standpoint inside the work shop, Chisdaddy Golf is primarily a one man show. This means all work that comes in is on a first come first serve basis. Our work turnaround ranges from as little as 2 weeks for minimal refinishing to 12 weeks for full blown custom finishes and further custom options. This allows every project to be carefully crafted and tailored to your specific needs. Please ask us questions pertaining to your specific project and we are happy to assist with recommendations!
